A Word About the Studio

The work environment in my homestudio has been evolving with the incredible and fast moving technology around computer based music.

And yet, an important tool remains unchanged: a pen and paper.

But then of course, because great sounds can generate ideas and because fantastic sound designers (like Eric Persing or Troels Folmann) are a endless source of inspiration, the studio evolves around some great sound libraries.

In the mixing process, I mostly use the UAD-2 Solo pluggins, and the Vienna Suite plugins.
To distort sounds or for delay FX, i mostly use Audiodamage plugins.
To automate parameters, I use a Korg NanControl and the YamahaXS8 for Mix faders and transport buttons.

I sell an ALTO HP4 DI (you can see it in the top left picture) and a MOTU Ultralight soundcard.
